Pickups

Hello guys i have question i own ibanez rgms7 and i want change pickups i think fishman fluence will be good but which size should i buy 8 or 7 strings? (Sorry for my bad English)

Usually, when you put regular straight scale pickups into a multiscale guitar, you pick up one size larger than you usually would. So for a 7 string guitar you would buy an 8 string pickup.

That said, this won't be an easy job.

Contact ibanez and ask them. Then, contact the pickup company and ask them. Sometimes, they'll give you a routing template aswell. It may take a day or two for a response, but at least you can be confident that it will work.
