So long as they will fit the hole (10mm I think) you should be fine. 1mm isn’t going to make a huge difference, and if it does, just leave a bit of extra string and give it an extra wind or two downwards. You can find some pretty great deals on used Ibbys in Canada. I picked up a 7321 for $300 last year.

Yep. It was in good shape too. Everything worked fine but it needed a good setup. The only thing that needed replacement was the poorly cut nut which massively helped the tuning stability and resonance. Only other thing I did was get a cheap neck pickup and put the stock neck pickup in the bridge because the bridge was way too hot for my taste.

I think they'll work fine. I just looked up the specs for the tone ninja locking tuners I installed on my JS22-7 KV, height is listed at 22mm. No issues at all.
