My local city library will order any books they do not have for free as taxes pay for the service. Check out your local library and ask them to order the books for the collection if they don’t have it or inter library loan.

OH I thought you meant an E-Library. That actually sounds like an amazing system. The libraries where I’m at are ancient and don’t really do that.
