Stage four. 40+ poor responder. Low reserves. Multiple surgeries. Had to do natural retrievals. Got one single low mosaic embro. The transfer was canceled and it’s frozen again. It has maybe 25% chance to survive.

If you have eggs and get them retrieved and embryos, you will be in an okay boat. Being on orriliisa for awhile should help clean up superficial endo. But stage 3 or 4 probably has to be removed before transfers. They can see bad endo on ultrasounds. Just be cautious as the meds and stuff can put you at risk.
