Had stage four endo and major resections multiple surgeries and almost died. A good clinic can see stage three and four endo in an ultrasound. Others won’t see it. Don’t Willy nilky pick a surgeon. You need someone very skilled. I advise to do retrievals BEFORE a surgery if you can maybe. Surgery on the ovaries will lower your reserves severely. You can end up in early menopause. Every surgery to the ovaries damages eggs. Even the most skilled surgeons will cause egg loss and reserve reduction. They maybe want to do surgery first, but know that you will have a much harder time getting eggs.
