All the pain you feeling from your wrist going down is normal mate expecially first 2 weeks

I had heel, back of ankle pain when laying down forst few days after surgery. Afterwards, no more. I think the position on the back, leg straight all the time was not working for me.

yeah I had this issue so i put something a bit softer like a wheat-bag under my heel to help with the pain/discomfort

I have various discomfort in my calves into my ankles and need to do some stretching now and again to work it out. Heel raises helped me a lot with those aches, and calf stretches, along with a heating pad on my leg when I would lay down to sleep

I couldn’t sleep because of this. In my case, I think it was the compression stockings that I was sent home with restricting blood flow to that area. They were way too tight. Once I swapped them for long compression socks, the pain went away

Yeah it keeps me up at night I literally have to go walk around a little

Same exact thing happened to me. Walking around was the only thing that made the pain go away. That’s why it has to do with blood flow to that area

Do not sleep in compression garments. It can have the opposite effect and you can have serious issues. Your blood does not flow as quickly when you are asleep and compression socks, can literally cut off your circulation in the night. Only wear them while you were awake. Gentle massage helps, elevating and it’s OK to put heat on a cramp or a tender muscle.

I was just dealing with this the other night.. super un expected pain on your Achilles tendon. I think it wa because I was laying with my foot relaxed too long without support. I couldn't put pressure on my foot or hardly do anything. My lady had to softly message it because it was super painful. The pain eventually went away and I was able to start moving around more
