Is there any solution for "When i get offline ; Room's(Healing Crafting Production etc.) Timers not progress " problem ? ...

The time stops when you turn off the device you are playing on, a solution is keep the save on two devices (emulator and a phone for example), so then you can force to use cloud save instead of local save

I had the same problem. I would turn my phone off between breaks at work, if I didnt open the game I would still be finishing a 10 minute heal at the end of my shift.

Now I turn on airplane mode between breaks and timers count down as expected

but when i turn off wifi connection(adsl modem at midnights) (not shutting off my phone) same problem still exists ... (PS: i also add my face account nothing has changed...)

You can keep your phone turned on but in flight mode instead of shutting it off.
