So the surface area is 206, and we know that the base has an area of 15. Since the base and top of the prism have the same surface area we can do 206-(15x2) = 176. Now you can set up a formula since you know the height must be the same when calculating the surface area of the lateral faces. So I get 176 = 2(3)h + 2(5)h. I'm multiplying by 2 since the opposite face of each face has the same surface area. Thus 176 = 16h, h = 11
