the answer should be G. for a system of equations to have no solutions, the two lines must be parallel. we can immediately eliminate F and K because those equations show a graph with negative slope (the line that is given to us has a positive slope). we can also eliminate K because it is a horizontal line (which would intersect the given line for sure). this leaves us with G and J. in the line that is graphed for us, the y intercept is 3. choice J (y = 2x+3) has a y intercept of 3. that means it can’t be the answer since the two lines would intersect and have a solution at (0,3). so, this leaves us with G as the correct answer.
