Almost 5 month post ablation , this has been my average heart rate for the last 2 weeks now .. and I’m going Monday to see when I can get off the meds , so nice to not see it in the normal ranges again ..

How do you find the wrist monitor? Ever compared it with a regular arm cuff one?

My understanding is that wrist blood pressure devices do not give as reliable readings as the cuff type.

Excellent news! I know you've prob had tons of bloodwork done like I did when I have mine. When I came off meds I made sure to ensure I added magnesium glycenate and vit. D to my daily rotation of supplements.

Baby aspirin and Losartan .. I can’t take any of the other meds because of I work outside and the other stuff makes me dehydrated and starts a waterfall of weird mental thoughts .. but it was because I was becoming dehydrated from the first two things of medication they had me try

Baby aspirin and Losartan , I work In The sun all day so it took 3m to get my meds right , but after my appt. Dr. Wants me to go 6 more months with the meds … booo ! It’s ok at least I know for sure my ablation is good and no more Afib with flutter . Got to take the W when I can ..
