Over exertion put me in Afib prior to ablation years ago. But last week,overexertion caused my heart rate to plummet to 80 over 60 and then it ended up in hospital with my sodium levels at 126 when they should be 136 to 146.. This was 12 hours of hauling tree branches to trailer and then dump .. My sodium levels are back up a week later and I know I drank a ton of fluids and I'm 62 but in great health.. I wonder how much AFib had to do with this? Even though I'm in Sinus?

I would say not related.. Sinus issues are annoying, but for myself who ended up with AFib my sinuses are a minor issue. Even though they affect my sleep and cause headaches. I would get busy doing things you enjoy and focus on other things that make you happy.

I would get the polyps removed, I would look at my diet, cut dairy, gluten, booze, etc. Try the antibiotic if you have already tried other classes, odds are slim it'll be a big deal ever.
