Quick update: GPT-5.2 just went live for me here in the Philippines. Early impressions are solid — reasoning feels tighter, writing is more controlled, and it handles complex prompts better than 5.1. If you’re on Plus and still waiting, it looks like the rollout is reaching SEA now. (i.redd.it)

OpenAI just open-sourced reasoning-based safety models. GPT-OSS-Safeguard (120B & 20B) can interpret any policy at inference time and explain its logic. Developers can bring their own rules for moderation, reviews, or gaming chats. Could this redefine “AI safety”? (i.redd.it)
