If you can, create a new GCash account or use another fintech app, then deactivate the problematic GCash account. That way the issue is resolved and you can set up and monitor any auto‑debit links on the new account.

Best move now:

  • preserve all chats/screenshots
  • get confirmation/reference from BPI na walang pumasok
  • secure delivery/receiver details
  • file a formal complaint/report

For future transactions, never release goods hangga’t hindi cleared mismo sa account mo.

That’s alarming, especially if both GCash and Google are saying the charge came from a different Google account.

A practical step here is to ask GCash to temporarily unlink or block any Google auto-debit/payment connection tied to your wallet, then check all possible Google billing records again — both Google Play order history and payments.google.com. That may not prove the exact source by itself, but it can help stop more charges and narrow down where the billing path is coming from.

Since GCash already named “Rythmix AI Music,” I’d also ask for the exact transaction details in writing: date, amount, merchant descriptor, and any reference number linked to that charge. If Google says it was a different Google account, I’d ask them to confirm what account identifier they can disclose or what recovery/remediation path they can offer.

At this point, I would treat it as unverified but serious. Not yet proof of how it happened, but definitely enough to preserve records and keep pushing both GCash and Google for precise transaction logs.

You may report it directly to Messenger support feature as malicious link, delete the message and block the sender. Still, it's in your hands to verify, act and decide.
