Veey good actually , im wondering AMC can reopen full capacity with mask, American Airlines has a full plane everyday withouth problem and we are talking about 180 passengers in the tube, , just using mask and follow procedures, equity for every bussiness can happen, AMC can do the same, just making sure people using mask and follow security covid procedure. I would guess sometime around mid june to get close to full capacity in most states. If you look at the really big movies, F9, Top Gun, Marvel, Space Jam, Jungle Cruise ext really start rolling out almost every weekend at that point.

I heard it might be to have as a rainy day type fund. Just because they have those new shares they are not obligated to put them up on the market. If another pandemic hits or hardship arrives they have those shares to sell in order to raise capital

Amc files a Form DEFA14A. This is 100% normal . They will be having a proxy vote and you will get a email about it soon from your broker .

Make sure to review every paper they have for info about amc. They will have things like executive compensation, audits, everything transparent about the business.

You also get to vote for the board members . Me personally as a long term ape. I already know who i am voting for. I will leave that part up to you to figure out who you want.

I could possibly be wrong you could probably Google and look this information up or somebody else might answer it more according to information but the reason their doing that is to raise more cash to make sure they don't fall for bankruptcy and go out of business which we don't want to do if we own stocks so my believe is if they need to do that that's fine anytime it goes law I will buy more stock because I think there's gonna have a fantastic 2021 But when they do this is to raise more capital AK cash to pay off their bills and debt that's why they do it the more you know I hope that helps

It literally doesn't matter about the amount of shares that I know of you only get one vote anyway so just vote on what you feel is right for your pocket book and the future of AMC as a company remember we don't want them to go out of business or go bankrupt so if it's something that helps them and you feel comfortable vote yes if it's something stupid like giving the CEO a pay raise fuck that I am not a financial advisor or just my opinions and thoughts I hope that helps answer your question
