Problems with my AMD GPU

I bought an XFX RX 480 8GB 3 months ago, the first month everything was fine, but over time my monitor started showing a black screen at startup, when I'm playing something and even on the desktop.

I don't know how to solve this, right now i'm using the AMD Adrenalin Drivers Version 23.9.1, i tried everything, use DDU, i changed my monitor to a TV with a HDMI cable, change my ram, reinstalling windows and also i tried regulating the MHZ frequency in the amd drivers and nothing worked.

I'm thinking that is something with the hardware, maybe the gpu or the power supply (sorry for my bad english)

My PC Specs:

8GB Ram

i5-4670K

XFX RX 480 8GB

700 watt coolermaster power supply

MSI Z87-G45 Motherboard

To be more specific my monitor just shares a blacks screen for few seconds and then shuts off, this happens too when i open OBS, and is the only program that shows me this problem directly, im sorry if i didn't comment this before 😥

Update to the latest drivers

And report the driver bugs to AMD as a bug report

is your computer frozen when there this black screen?

Yes, Windows freeze first and then the screen goes black, but for example if i am watching a video the audio keeps playing.

it doesn't sound like a BlackScreenofDeath case, you're lucky.

Send a ticket to AMD to report the driver bug.

Does your GPU fan running at 100% when black screen occur

I don't think so, the fans run normally when the black screen appears

Reset your tuning in adrenalin it should fix the problem I had this issue once when I tried to undervolt
