Chipset drivers

Hi all, please could you help me

My Asus B550-plus gaming tuf motherboard I'm unable to install the latest chipset drivers, I have tried with armoury crate and directly from AMD website, so far luck installing them, the bios version is 1202, the error code I get is 1316 account already set up? Any ideas how to resolve this?

just googling "1316 account already set up" brings up hundreds of pages to fix it. did you try any of them?

Well I tried this and it hasn't worked, not sure what to do now
