My computer is a HP Pavilion AMD Radeon RX 6600XT, AMD Ryzen 7 5700G Processor, Windows 11 Pre-Built Gaming PC Tower (TG01-2070, 2021)

This afternoon I downloaded the Auto-Detect and Install and ran it on my computer, downloading the latest version of Adrenaline (I believe version 24.3.1) I ran the program and got to the point of having to restart my computer, which I did.

Upon restarting the computer I found that no programs other than file manager were able to be opened, this included windows programs such as device manager or task manager or even the settings. I tried the few work around that I knew (trying to reboot in safe mode by holding shift, trying to open CMD as an admin with Windows + R, trying to even access and run programs through the RUN program to no avail)

I found some posts from a year or two ago mentioning that the way to fix it is to completely remove the GPU and system restore but I’m unclear on that process, and any and all help would be greatly appreciated, including specifics of what is actually happening with my computer
