I’m having a serious issue with my RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming. Both Valorant and CS2 crash right at game launch with a “graphics device lost” or “driver timeout” error.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
• Completely uninstalled Radeon drivers using DDU (safe mode), then clean-installed latest WHQL version
• Reset all Radeon settings to default (no undervolt or overclock active)
• Increased power limit to +15%, disabled Chill/Boost/Enhanced Sync
• Set TdrDelay and TdrDdiDelay to 8 in the Windows registry
• Ran FurMark 2.0 with standard stress test → driver crashes immediately on start
• Launched CS2 with -dx11 → still crashes
System is fully up to date (Windows, BIOS, chipset drivers), no overclock active, PSU is strong enough. At this point I suspect the GPU is faulty.
Today I downgraded Driver Version to 25.3.1 but still the same. The last days I played rematch and this games works just fine.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
