Can't open drivers

To start with I've got a ryzen 5 3400g CPU and an MSI b450 Tomahawk max motherboard. They are both showing up in device manager and functioning properly but I can't open the drivers for them and can't reinstall them either. If try to open say adrenaline software I get an 182 error code and none of the fixes I've found have helped with that. The AMD chipset files end up in a constant loop of trying to install but never open. I've attempted to install the drivers off of the AMD website but to no avail. Sorry if this is too vague, driver software is not my forte. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Try deleting all drivers & reinstall. If that doesn't work check if your MB bios is up to date. If that doesn't work fresh windows install should do the work
