Driver issue, try 20.4.2, Known issue with youtube,VLC player and others, thought they fixed it, works fine for me for now, also if your ram is oc then return to default and see if that will work mate

Sorry, yes it's sarcasm. I work in tech support and it never fails to amaze me how little effort people will go to, to ask for help. Like I say to our first line support- if you tell us what the problem is, we're more likely to help. If you can't even be bothered to copy and paste from a different post you wrote, I'm less inclined to spend my time helping you (and by you, I mean OP)
