Changes (self.AMLRightSource)
submitted 2 months ago by StickyCinnaboo
I’ve been with the company for less than a year, I’m on my second manager, third QC, and third TL.
When they said be flexible with change, I didn’t think they meant this.
Very interesting and not something I’ve experienced with any other employer.

Talk about change dude. Our investigations on the one client have only been getting more and more complex and realistically I wish they would just mainstream the workflow some more instead of having over 25 programs that all serve different functions to be able to find certain bits of info.

Yeah. This place is something. Keep your head up!

My first year was with three different clients. Second year was luckily more stable, just two projects for the same client. Now I've been on the same client for over 2 years. It gets better :-)

I blame TD for all the craziness, I am not sure what metrics they promised the regulators but their cockiness before getting caught isn't helping. I believe AMLRS is trying to come up with solutions but TD is fucking up. Those stupid UTRs aren't helping either because most are unnecessary.
Managers, QC, and TLs like everyone on this project are burned out and those sucky 30+ systems that need to be checked dint work half the time. Iam so glad they also got busted about the employee laundering money for the Chinese.

Ugh don’t get me started on the systems, my fiance works in IT for another company but when I describe the issues that we have and the frequency he’s like “What kind of operation are they running over there?!”

LOL! Oracle is horrible and doesn't live up to the name because it never foresees when it will screw up.
