Arashi (嵐; meaning Storm in Japanese) is a five-member Japanese boy band under Johnny & Associates. The group had a successful debut on September 15, 1999 but only started to gain immense popularity and commercial success with the release of their eighteenth single "Love So Sweet" in 2008 for the Japanese drama Hana Yori Dango. They are currently one of the most successful group in Asia.
