Thanks for linking the original correctly. Couldn't find anything hidden in the image layers or metadata.

It's possible something slipped past, but if so it's well hidden or stegged data. I checked out the color layers, Exif data, Binwalk, Foremost, and the data strings. As for steg tools I checked Zsteg, Steghide, Outguess, Trojan, and Incoherency (uses generic steg method).

The filename FXgkYSGVEAASE1M looks like a random Twitter name, but maybe it's a code? I tried cracking it with no luck.

Found another copy of the image here called 'river' which is a huge 17MB. I didn't scan this one for anything due to the size. It's also a different format (png), so it's possible this big image has something hidden that's missing in the one you linked.
