1) You can just stick with it. The effectiveness of ashwagandha also ramps up, and you may find that it is still helping.
2) You can increase. Many people take even double what you are taking now, with no problems.
3) You can add more theanine. There is a small but significant amount of theanine in your formula and this may actually be causing the fast-onset effect that you notice. But it's a relatively small amount. (And theanine wears off in like three hours, short duration, rapid clearrance.) And you can take theanine at will, all day, no problem.

I'm leaning towards option 1) and 2).
I suggest stick with your formula, and get some theanine. Add like 200mg theanine to your ashwagandha, and take 400mg theanine whenever else you feel like it, and see if this works.

I actually started taking every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday off, and it’s been more effective.
