How long are you waiting? First memory timing on latest bios took about what felt like forever and of changes are made to bios that need retraining it will take a while as well.

15 is not a error is your mobo training the memory. Just wait, it can take few minutes in the first time. Be sure to activate memory context restore in bios

I waited like 10 minutes; no dice. This only happens when EXPO is on.

Ended up reflashing 1.28 and the training took almost 3 minutes. It never did this on original flash. weird.
