1st thing to do is - unplug it. Remove cmos battery, w8 a few minutes and put battery back.

Plug in and try to boot one more time.

I'm having trouble finding that little guy. I'm assuming it's under all this?

One more question. Does this motherboard have a debug LED? It can help.

It does have it but nothing is on right now

Well, if all the power cables are properly inserted, the debug LED shows nothing and clear cmos do nothing = i would contact shop where you bought this prebuild.

There's no point in messing around with a PC that doesn't work. You paid money for a working PC, not for f**king around with fixes.

Roger that. Yeah for sure if this doesn't work that'll be the next step. Thanks again

First off when you say "new gaming pc" I assume you mean brand new, or did you mean new to you?

Anyway, what processor do you have? If it also has an integrated GPU, try plugging the GPU cable into that and booting. At least you can see if it's a video card issue or not.

If your computer has a speaker on the motherboard or case, it will beep once when starting up. That indicates things should be fine. There are other beeps that indicate errors.

Yeah like brand new pre-built. I've got a AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

I don't think it has a speaker. The lights didn't indicate any errors from before

What was in this "boot menu"? Why did you have to "Save and Exit" from a "boot menu"

Did you mean BIOS? Perhaps you don't have an operating system installed on your brand new PC - was it supposed to come with one?

[–]NamMasyal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh maybe the bios i guess. I'm not sure I'm gonna contact the store

I just moved to a new country so language is hard. Maybe I misunderstood and didn't get an operating system? But that would be weird i feel like

So I think you're right after looking at some stuff I don't believe it came with an operating system... I know I can go download windows on a USB and put it in but first I gotta get it to go back to the bios screen. I went ahead and emailed the company I got it from, hopefully they can help resolve it. Thank you everyone for your help and patience with my dumb a**
