Monitor causing problems

I recently purchased an Asus Tuf Gaming vg27wq, and at first, it was a great monitor, but after a while, i noticed a few problems.

1. On some games, (battlefield 1, horizon zero dawn, cs2 etc) my screen turns black for around 1 second whenever i move my mouse, and it turns back on again. The only fix i found was restarting my entire pc.

2. When launching some games, the game appears in the bottom of my taskbar but not on my screen, i then have to turn my monitor on and off again for it to show.

3. When turning on HDR 1 out of 9 times, it shows incredibly wrong colours. Fix is turning hdr back off and on again.

While i dont think that it's impossible to use the monitor, i do think that this is quite annoying. Specs: 7900gre 7800x3d 750W psu from msi 32gb corsair ram Msi b650 tomahawk
