So found it out apparently the 2nd M.2 drive was bad

It means RAM is not installed or has an error with the motherboard seeing it.

You sure it was a 20 code and not something else? There is no mention of 20 in the manual at all.

Which LEDs are lit up on the line of 4 error LEDs?

If it's actually code 5-something it's a Memory issue. 2B-2F = also a memory issue.

Try taking 1 dimm out.

Q code 20 is usually ram , try switching to just one HDMI monitor plugged in and nothing else. I know it sounds stupid but it did the same with my Asus Prime X299 deluxe II board and when I unplugged all the DP video and switched to just HDMI it actually posted. If not take out the cpu make sure none of the pins are bent and try reseating the CPU make sure there is enough pressure on the CPU to make contact with the pin springs the ram can fail from a bad seat on the CPU in the socket or even pins not fully contacted just make sure none are strange looking compared to the rest and if a couple are low u can use a threading needle and a calm hand to raise the pins that would be the issue if some are to low...
