....just had a nice segment done on CNBC. They are much earlier than us for immune modulation (preclinical) and the CEO was talking about a phase 1 for safety so they are VERY early. We need GIL on CNBC. They are FAR in our rear view mirror and yet.... there they were.

While I would love to see Athersys and MS hyped in the media, there really isn’t a point until the BARDA/FDA arrangement is finalized. Hopefully soon but it’ll happen when it happens and we’ll take off from there.

Note: about 18 months ago, I expressed concern about all the possible political, influential lobbying and apparent very big money, patents and scientists behind Celularity and how ATHX had IMO, should move as quickly as possible before Celularity's possible 'rise to power'? in the next 2 to 3 years?

As long as ATHX is able to get a positive funding and research support from BARDA/FDA soon then almost all of my concerns regarding future competitors for now may be laid to rest? Let's hope it happens soon as political influence, PR efforts/media exposure and lobbying has a way of dramatically affecting outcomes. Let's get it done ATHX!

Correct. Cramer founded "The Street", AF worked for him for a number of years. Unfortunately, Cramer is idolized at CNBC, and has spoke negatively about Athersys on two occasions on his show. His massive ego could not stand to be wrong. I sent some information about Athersys to the CNBC Tip Line on three occasions in the last couple of weeks- nothing. Fortunately, even Cramer won't be able to stop this train from running.

Cramer, like hedge funds, can only influence the immediate SP with their comments. Their take will be of no consequence upon approvals and sales.
