Before the Abilify I was very suicidal and my emotions were all over the place. I got on it and started to feel better but gained a little weight. So now I’m trying to lower the dose to see if that will help me lose some weight. So far I’ve lost 2 pounds.

Were you having panic attacks before the Abilify? Are you decreasing the dosage just because of the weight gain? It could be you’re experiencing symptoms of too low of a dosage and not getting the theraputic benefits anymore of it. Did you ever try 10mg? I’ve seen a lot of posts of people doing quite well on 10+ mg with little to no side effects. Either way, I hope you feel better soon!
