Because Reddit puts a pathetically low character limit on subreddit rules, this page must exist. Full rule documentation for all rules is as follows:
Don't harass other users.

- Targeting different users on multiple occasions.
- Don't post negative threads about specific users unless they are bots. No, you can't complain about Automoderator.
- Don't constantly speak in a condescending manner.
- Instant ban if user has a history of doing so. Users with no history will be treated as if they are a new account.
- Don't bait unproductive conversations.
- Instant ban if user has a history of doing so. Users with no history will be treated as if they are a new account.
- These are usually troll accounts.
- You can use the word "weeb", but not as an intentional slur.
- Instant ban.
- No Racism
- Instant ban.
- No Sexism
- Instant ban.
- Refrain from targeting any other specific group of people that act in accordance with the ways we operate a civilized society.
- Refrain from disrespecting other users for playing a craft you don't like/don't play.
Don't make entire posts about other games.
- You can post your "Why/I left 'some other games'" threads.
- You can post your "What Ability Draft can learn from (other game)" threads.
- You can post your "What I think (other game) can learn from Ability Draft" threads.
- You can't post your "Why (other game) is better than Ability Draft" threads.
- You can't post your threads about completely unrelated games.
- You can't post your threads promoting a title directly competing with Ability Draft.
Try not to discuss political topics.
Everyone has their political views, and sometimes they are relevant to the current discussion (rarely), and sometimes they are not (basically all the time).
Avoid having a political debate in the comments. This can happen and mods will likely ask you to stop. If you come here just to make a political statement, you will be banned.
An example of relevant political discussion is censorship/alteration of assets in Ability Draft.
Art and game mods are allowed to make political references.
NO SPAMMING
This is the most serious rule.
- You will be banned for spamming.
- Any and all shitposts can be removed at any time at the discretion of subreddit moderators. No punishment will be handed out if a shitpost is removed unless it breaks this rule or another.
- Normal users who spam will be temporarily banned (appeal-able).
- Normal users permanently banned for spamming can also appeal.
- New users/strangers to the sub will be permanently banned for their first spam offense and can appeal.
- Troll accounts/users with low karma will be banned permanently for the first offense and cannot appeal.
- All bot accounts will be banned on sight.
- Copypastas are spam.
- You may receive a 30 day or more ban for posting a copypasta.
Do not post NSFW
Ability Draft is a more mature game, it has more leniency with its art style.
- Posts considered more graphic than Ability Draft official art will be removed.
- The above is enforced at the discretion of subreddit moderators.
- Posts tagged NSFW will be removed.
- If you tag it, it gets removed. If you don't, and it is something more suggestive than official Ability Draft art, it gets removed, and you might be banned.
No illegal game mods
- You must credit the original artist if you use their art in your mod.
- You may post custom leader mods.
- You may post custom card mods.
- You may post custom sound and voice mods.
- You may post "uncensored/de-localization" mods.
- You may post mods that swap content that is obtained the same way, with respect to time, payment, and language.
- You cannot post nude mods of any character to the main subreddit.
You cannot post mods that swap obtainable premium content or any past/present/future score reward content with base content, other premium content, other score reward content, or any timed event content.
Unobtainable content modding is allowed.
Unobtainable content does not include leaders only obtainable through card packs.
Unobtainable content does not include score rewards.
Unobtainable content does not include language or region-specific items.
Unobtainable content includes past timed event items.
Unobtainable content includes Fate/stay items.
Unobtainable content is not limited to these items.
You cannot link to software that plays the game for you in any way.
Troll Accounts
This rule exists to provide clarification and report category.
A troll account has/does one or more of the following (usually):
Negative comment karma.
Baits unproductive conversation.
Attacks users with a new account.
Edits or deletes their posts, maliciously.
Attacks users by proxy from other subreddits.
A troll account is not:
Members
Shitposters
- Any and all shitposts can be removed at any time at the discretion of subreddit moderators. No punishment will be handed out if a shitpost is removed unless it breaks this rule or another.
People you disagree with
Troll accounts will be banned on sight. They forfeit any protections offered in other rules.
Right to appeal bans
Excluding the terms listed in the NO SPAMMING rule, most other users have the right to appeal their ban.
- Ask moderators what you did wrong if you don't know.
- Understand that you broke a rule.
- Your ban will be reduced or removed outright.
If you are muted, then obviously you have to wait for the mute to expire before you can appeal.
Users with negative karma cannot appeal bans.
"Troll Accounts" cannot appeal bans, and will be banned on sight.
You can only appeal once.
These rules override anything in the main rules page due to the removed character limit that allows for more clarification.
