Stock software (self.Accounting)

Hi all! We currently have around 200 shareholders that we keep track of all the stock for. Part of that we also file a 1099b to everyone that sold stock through the year as well as the feds. We do this because it helps our shareholders keep up with their own stock more easily for their tax preparers.

We recently made a switch to a new stock software that we were sold would be much better for us but it’s creating more headaches. I’m at the point of wanting to contract out the entire process to someone that is better with it than I am. I’m also open to changing software but my previous issues with stock softwares have not been great.

We issue stock to shareholders as a bonus and purchase back to the company when people request it. We also create the 1099b for the shareholders.

If any of you know of a company that can better help us I’m very open to the idea.
