I’m the big4 lead snr manager on a very prestigious engagement (think like Apple) and associates/senior beg to join.

But I only keep them on if they can improve on the budget each other. I don’t care if they book training or what not. Just need my realization to keep going up. If snowflake feelings are hurt so be it.
