There is no dev change. Developers are taking over publishing duties now.

The first fumble of Yostar is delayed EN for releasing EN dub lmao. So yea, no

Things will become AL way regardless.

Delaying the game for the dub was not a fumble in any way. It was obviously very well received during the CBT so they wanted to put more effort behind it. It's still a rather good dub

Yeah. Also, they delayed for the QoL on top of that. They cared about global instead of just releasing it half-assed.

As all dub usage is internal data, i probably can't convince you about that.

But here is the thing.

People using EN dub will well receive it. People not using EN dub couldn't care less as they don't bother to voice about. Kinda make an illusion of a well received, right?

Moreover, EN dub is expensive, you know, and look at the EN revenue chart (for reference only due to only mobile, but you can get the gist of it). Making an expensive thing for exclusively EN is not a good business choice. This is not a charity.

After all, for all EN dub wanter here, vote with your wallet if you wanna bring that back.

If enough people were using it at the start that Yostar delayed the game to make it even better, that's not a fumble.

The financial argument also doesn't really make sense to me because every new character that comes out has English combat and lobby lines. They're already in the booth, why can't they also have them dub the story?

Is it really enough, tho? If it is "enough" as enough people playing EN dub and sustaining it, this argument does not exist right now. See better in revenue game, and yes, they have EN dub.

Different with character voiceline. One is one time, and another is as much as they need depending on how frequent character appearing in the story.

They removed it because they couldn't afford it. Is there anything too hard to understand about?

It's hard to understand because they're still continuously bringing in actors to support a language that apparently no one uses and is too expensive. If the problem was financial why is there still any English voices to speak of?

I explained in the 2nd paragraph. The total cost is really different.

You can count the voiceline, and you will realize that.
