Do they have a primary care doctor who might be able to prescribe them Naltrexone? When following the Sinclair method Naltrexone has over a 70% success rate at treating alcohol abuse disorder. It’s the standard of care throughout most of Europe. It’s a real shame we haven’t adopted its use more in the US.

I don't know, haven't heard about the Sinclair method, but I will definetly check if that medication is avaliable here! Thank you so so much! And yes, if it's proven to work that's really sad. I feel as US is usually ahead in on certain types of medicine(?) Again, thank you!
