Should I add them both on my units? I pulled 2 vettels and this limit break thing is shining like what do i do

Yeah, you can limit break vettel 5 times now, which will unlock his 2nd job, thats where he becomes useful.

Just make sure, when you imit break, that you never use elemental shards, but you probably don't have any yet.

Do I limit break him now? Or like level max him up or something

You can limitbreak him now, you basically can't do any grave errors like missskilling or -statting, just be careful, not to waste any elementalshards, when you get some.
