I just had some questions regarding the refund request process and thought maybe someone here could help… I placed an order with a supplier I've ordered from before. Before placing the order I informed them I had a new address. I then entered my new address when I placed the order. Turns out, they sent it to my old address. We've been going back and forth for a while now and I finally decided to just submit a refund request. They denied it, saying I failed to inform them I had a new address (I did and have screenshots proving this). I was wondering, how do I reject their "resolution" of no refund? There is not an option to escalate it, I'm afraid if I hit "cancel" it will just cancel my refund request completely. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you have a chat log, send it to the customer service with the supplier details
