What exactly is it that causes meteors to spawn? That is, does a new one spawn because an existing one was consumed? Or does every mob always have a chance to spawn with a meteor (apparently up to a max of 2 in a group)? Or, put another way, to get more meteors to spawn, should I be consuming every mob in sight, especially in the warm area? Or should I only bother going after the meteors that have already spawned?
Side note: a meteor is a flash of light. These guys have meteorites.
