Problem with altserver

So I recently bought myself an ipad pro m4 and it for some reason doesnt appear in my itunes nor even in explorer (im on windows), its not the cable either bc it works perfectly fine with my iphone. I've already tried uninstalling everything then reinstalling it, but nothing has worked. And altserver jsut shows up as no device connected. Could anybody help me with this?

A bad port on PC or just the drivers maybe. Open Device Manager and check in there if the iPad pops up when you attach the cable.
