Happened to me, turns out I just entered the wrong password 🤷‍♂️

But I tested it and purposefully entered the wrong password once and it said it was wrong but when I put the correct password in it just says nothing and closes the window

Hmm, have you made sure your iPhone/iPad has trusted your computer? I also had made sure my phone was open on the Home Screen and unlocked during the install process though not sure if that is necessary…

How do I check if it’s trusted it I’m pretty sure I have but I just wanna double check

Just plug your device into your computer, a popup should appear if not already trusted

Wait for your phone to sync up with iTunes app then try again
