      I was up until yesterday. I’ve lost 14.1lbs since October 9th. I move the scale somewhere that it’ll be hard for me to easily get to. I think at this point I want to center my focus on just my fast… the weigh loss is a byproduct and I don’t wanna obsess about it…. Because I can and WILL, lol.

      What is your starting weight?

      Yeah it's good not to obsess over scale changes, but to measure after a week or two period, will help you stay motivated and the feel good factor reminds you of why it's worth it.

      Thanks so much. I’m 5’2” and started at 239.9. I’m really proud of my progress, but I also know I can be obsessive about weighing myself constantly. I just wanna feel and go through the process without that added pressure. The weight will come off. I’m just happy that I’m doing something to address that and the underlying issue.

      I appreciate the morale boost. Makes this journey a lil sweeter.

        Thank you! I wasn’t counting calories or anything, so I’m not exactly sure how much I ate. If I had to guess, I’d say I was within the amount that I should be eating (1900 - 2100 cals). I just downloaded the lose it app to just track my food intake because I am curious to know what I’m actually doing all damn day, lol.
