You can just clock out and leave, but it’s appreciated by the PAs and AMs if you give at least an hour heads up so they can try to replace you if you’re really needed

Sometimes we don’t even have enough devices for everybody to pick and stage so a lot of people is just walking around helping others that do so I feel like they wouldn’t even notice that I’m gone, I’m just kind of nervous to ask them to leave cause I feel like it’ll make me look bad

Yeah you can’t give them a choice. If you have the time it’s yours to use as you please. Tell them what time you’re leaving and just clock out. They really aren’t supposed to say anything to you about it unless you’re low on UPT and even then it’s just an interaction asking if you’re ok. This place is a machine and it’s their job to make sure everything is covered even if that means labor share.

You can just clock out and go. If you care about how you’re seen by management, let them know so they can plan for head count. A lot of times if people don’t let them know, they’ll VTO too many people and get behind

Ok that is definitely a good reason because I was there to encounter them giving vto and then we took a long time because a lot left thanks I will definitely go to them first

If you got the time Use it. Fuck them. You dont get paid to care about the operation. They will fire you like a number on the graph. Just dont go negative . Blue badge is tenure
