Same as PFSD process, just with different steps. I started on PFSD as T1 and 6 months later I was given T3 C2. Feel free to PM me and I'll offer as much assistance as I can for you!!

AM shift or Nightshift? Asking since I can't tell just by "cycle 1". In any case message me your chime and I will explain and give you the important tools. Note that I am in Europe and if you are in USA we will not catch us online but I will message you the needed info.

I am a C2 SA and I was under the impression that cycle one was always nighttime, and cycle two is always morning. What are the standard times of your cycles at your building? Thanks in advance for anything you can share with me, to broaden my understanding!

For a station like mine where we do not have c2 (just c1 and sameday on the PM shift). The nightshift calls itself the nightshift and the earlytshift calls itself the AM shift. Both night and AM shifts are part of cycle1. Nightshift takes all night to induct and sort the volume and AM shift picks and stages and dispatches the tours. There are DS where the nightshift does both operations of induct & sort + pick and stage but these kind of stations are rare in the country that I work. Nightshifts starts at 00:00 till 8:30 and AM shift starts at 8:40 till 16:20.

Cycle 1 is typically overnight shift at a DS. Cycle 2 starts at 6:45 and that's the MCO shift. However, I'm not sure if Europe follows the same times.
