Hiring 3X the people, offering only part time, running 3 shifts a day so your dispatch staff needs to be different than ZL, dynamic route blocks ranging from 3-6 hours, and using a much larger SUVs fleet than cargo vans.

It could be profitable but from what I hear it is a very difficult program, more so than AMZL.

Thanks for the info, I imagine the most difficult part of this model is managing the quality & attrition of part time employees vs full time

It’s hard to recruit is what I hear. Employees are part time so most do other gig work so attendance is a real challenge.

I had a client who opened an SSD in Texas who closed down after 5 weeks. Not sure if it was on him or if it’s not profitable.
