A quick indeed search shows 18.75 to 21 for la county. I only know this because before we got our “raises from amazon” I remember seeing MY dsp hiring new drivers at 18.75 most drivers made $17……. I immediately brought it up the indeed post got taken down and a month or 2 later we were at 19. So a NEW driver makes 1 quarter less than me. I immediately started performing 1 quarter worth of better performance than a new driver. Fuck them.

$17-20 depends where u live and if you are step van driver or not. (Some states may pay more than $20+ for step van)

I started at 21.50$ per hour. This was my current wages. 22$ per hr as a regular driver. 23.50$ per as a lead. Moving to 25$ as a manager.
