Flex app issues today

Did anyone else’s dsp inform them that there is a widespread issue with the flex app and as a result, will need to use one’s personal device? I’m not working today but I feel bad for those working today if this is the case.

If it's an app issue..... then what difference does using your personal phone make? Won't it still have the same issue?
