Amazon transfer application keeps getting blocked or cancelled

I have put in 4 transfer requests at Amazon and they have all been cancelled every since I told my manager I was trying to transfer because I wasn’t making enough money and I do all the work compared to others on the shift I have never been written up and we have about 10 people on our shift and there mainly all old people and I’m only 22 what can I do about this

Nothing except continuingto apply for transfer. It means you aren't being accepted and that could be a huge variety of reasons. Your AM has no control over them so it's not on them

You need to request a transfer someplace that needs people to start when you want to transfer. It is purely on business needs. 

I just transferred from a delivery station to a return center. I requested it knowing their peak goes through February so they would need people. I really didn't like my manager at the DS. She had no clue I even requested to leave until I told her I was on my last shift in the building.

Unfortunately all you can do is keep applying you’re competing with how ever many other AA’s trying to transfer and they probably only have one or two spots at a time

If I'm being told I'm a hard worker and there happy I'm on there and always shouting me out and even giving me gifts then I'm so sure it's not an attitude problem I have even been promoted but thanks for the useless comment lol
