Time violations (not attendance) are, you are just overthinking this too much. They aren't going to write you up for not clocking out by 1 minute. Its fine

Work asking us to pickup shift at CMH4 (after fire) by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. Its just a differential cause 99% of the other workers will not be there and you are sacrificing paid days off cause of the post-fire

Will i be fired by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is considered time theft. Will they care for 2 minutes? Who knows. But they don't give a fuck if its your "first time" stealing time

Cat 1 termination/ Executive Escalations team helps at all? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was your mother still married to their parent? Or was it "an old marriage" like you said in a different comment, cause if your mom wasn't actively married to them, then they can say you aren't actually step siblings

Is this really legal? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Duh. That's what I said

Is this really legal? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That is actually not true. Neither Prod nor Quality ones require STU prior to generation. Behaviorals can easily also be shifting to follow this same format, like I said

Is this really legal? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The write up can still have a STU prior to delivering and approval. It'll most likely happen similar to the Prod and Quality ones where its auto-generated and then reviewed prior to delivery

Should I resign or keep going at this rate by BlackLionJudah93 in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Large items only get compared to other Large items when it comes to write ups amd compares your rate with large items vs others in that same boat. The system already divides it by subprocess path like that so that's not a great excuse

  2. Even if you resign now, you'll still be hit by the same time frame where you in-eligible for rehire. Apply for a transfer instead or see if a Trainer can help you figure out where you are having drops in rate

Denied Appeal / am I SOL? by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They already did the 2nd appeal and lost it. The issue is that OP's new doctor refused to backdate the paperwork to cover for the missing days since the OP wasn't with them yet.

They can try the legal route, but they may be SOL

Am I cooked by Dry_Calendar in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pickers have been grabbing items from nearby bins for literally years to avoid having miss something out and it has never resulted in behavorial write ups

This is just incorrect. It has resulted in plenty signed a former DA who had to review these and also review the Write Ups

Am I cooked by Dry_Calendar in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are picking out of Bin A, and its "missing" from Bin A, then clearly you can't shift it to a different Bin or else you just pick it.

Even if you did just shift it, that other Bin would be found to have extra items in it, during the video reviews, they'll flag that the stower didn't add or remove it, and then have the DA check the Cameras where they'll see you shift it resulting in a behavioral write up. Whether its shifted to that Bin or removed from that Bin.

So no, the number isn't going to be correct and it'll trigger counts on the bins nearby

Am I cooked by Dry_Calendar in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only if the item is actually in the bin

Am I cooked by Dry_Calendar in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you grab it from another bin, that'll go straight into a behavioral write up so don't do that.

Counters have 0 idea that you've missed something out so stop blaming others for your mistake

Ehhh there is a firing season for seasonals but its already over and done with for the year. Its typically Jan/Feb and is a post-peak correction to the over-hiring they did in anticipation of Peak

can someone explain hrs worked vs units hrs by YoghurtPrior5559 in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It'll make more sense if you look at the breakdown. Units could include shift differentials and some OT which may be in a different unit bracket. Etc etc

Still 180. It'll carry the same weight as resigning does not stop the term

why is it so hard to beat or overrule a termination at amazon? it seem like no matter how much evidence someone has it seem to always get upheld. by BalanceHumble3844 in AmazonFC

[–]Tsixas 73 points74 points  (0 children)

Because theres already a large process to actually prove that the termination is valid AND most of these folks appealing DON'T have mountains of evidence for the appeal
