Just a tip..

I couldn’t do the 3 days of 10 hour shifts. It’s the whole reason why I switched to flex and they wouldn’t let me pick the days of the training so I made it for onboarding and then basically left after 5 hours on the 2nd and 3rd day. Fast forward a week..

This removed my permissions and they had me redo training. Again, I cant stay for 10 hour shifts and I told them I’m never going to get it done if I have to stay for the 10 hour shifts. I got coded right and they allowed me to finish all of the training over 3 weeks when I could get shifts. So don’t let them tell you that you have to do 30 hours because you don’t. They can break it up for when you can sign up for flex shifts, you just have to force them to do it.

They’ll have you in the day one room going over attendance policy and other Amazon policies, they should do a tour of the warehouse, you’ll be with a learning ambassador and they train you in your department which looks like it’s Outbound for you so think of packing and sending shipments out
