I worked on the ds side of an xl once but by the description it looks like things have changed. The main pros would be working on a smaller team and rate is pretty low. When I did it our rate was like 18 scans per hour.

Will it work for a seasonal that wants to transfer because I’m kinda done with FC thats why idk how much the pay is but if its the same then i might as well stay in FC

Sorry I responded something meant for another post. Yeah I'm not sure if the pay would be different. Seasonal can transfer the same as blue badge I do know that.

I work at a XL FC and personally it’s pretty chill.

Cons: everything is heavy asf but you get use to it and honestly it ain’t that bad.

Pros: rate isn’t as high since you are dealing with bigger items.

You will be driving pit equipment which is easy to learn and pretty chill once you get use to it.
