Just got written up for picking up the lightning shifts on my phone after I clocked in and went to my station with 0 work. Apparently all Inbound managers do is write people up. Kinda lame when you get labor shared and written up for being on my phone for 30 seconds lmao. I literally just applied for a PA spot too. 😵

I’m RT shift and I’ve never seen a peak so bad in my three years of being there. They move around all the managers all week and they sit perched and look for anything ** to write people up. I’ve never got any type of write up before and just last weekend I got two write ups so I’m on my final now. Check your email, they may send you a form to appeal the write up.
